  That a fantastic modern hotel Staff are warm welcome Breakfast was good lot of variety Room all are pretty huge clean and tidy The was no coach parking beside the hotel Bar and restaurant is available at the hotel The a WiFi free for all guests Luggage storage is available for hotel guest Computer room and gym is available

  First time in a Novotel in the UK and quite disappointed so far. Room clearly hasn't had a good clean for a long time with dust on the shelves and an accumulation in the corners of the room. The carpet has glitter in various places. The sofa has a leather cover at the end which has dirt marks and watermarks. The floor towel in the room had black marks all over it. The whole hotel is incredibly warm and the windows don't open that far. Room has kettle, tea and coffee (including decaf) plus a small fridge with long life milk. There's a small TV and a Bluetooth radio speaker. Bathroom has a single tube of shower gel and shampoo. We have 2 kids in the room with us and the sofa has been converted into beds. Unusually the sofa bed is 2 separate beds which helps keep them apart. There is quite a gap around the edge though which smaller kids could disappear down unless you pack it out with pillows. WiFi is free and seems ok so far. Car parking is under the hotel and is £10 per 24 hours if you get the ticket validated by reception.

  We stayed in this hotel on our anniversary. Although we kept this information from the hotel, somehow we were booked to their "champagne" themed room. That was a great little (unintended) surprise. Although we didn't like some of the clients who looked like a gang of teenager drug dealers, with their tracksuits and spitting habits. Overall, it was a good 4* hotel.

  We stayed overnight and it is a convenient location. We had our car and we could park under the hotel for £10 per night. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I recommend the 4th floor. The rooms are very tidy with bathrobes. Bar on site and comfortable lounge.

  Excellent hotel, nice restaurant, good breakfast, quiet and pleasant atmosphere in hotel. Close to centre and restaurants. Would recommend a stay here if working or need a central point. Not a romantic hotel. Roadworks / traffic control outside for another year, but does not disturb you once inside the hotel
