My 1st appointment at Pebbles was excellent, met by very friendly, highly professional and very well presented staff. So pleased with my treatments, very reasonable prices. Highly recommended, already booked for further treatments. Thank you.

Wonderful nails, spray tan and eyelashes...always. Of all the places I have been in norwich this really is the best. I'm a busy doctor and often call last minute and the girls always do their best to help, and have even stayed over their shift to help me out. My shellac has always lasted over three weeks, only being changed as it has grown out on my fingernails, and I obviously wash them a lot! Lasts much longer on toes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very Unprofessional. I went here whilst I was in Norwich as my previous Shellac was 2 weeks old and lifting. Huge mistake, I had a terrible manicure. The girl who did my nails was quite young and attempted to make conversation by asking lots of questions. Instead of being relaxing it felt very awkward and almost like an interrogation. Likewise neither of the therapists wore tunics, they were dressed in normal clothes. I know people who run beauty businesses from their own homes, and they wear proper tunics, it just looks professional. It was applied badly and the edges were not straight or clean, in several places the edge and tip of the nail was missed and within 12 hours the shellac had started to chip. I had to ask several times for the girl to file my nails more so they were identical lengths. I was surprised that they used a UV machine to cure the Shellac rather than a LED one, again this seemed very unprofessional as no one uses the UV ones anymore. I phoned the next day to complain about the chipping and the messiness of the manicure, they offered to redo it which I declined as I had no confidence, instead they took the Shellac off (badly, there are still bits of the basecoat stuck to my nails). I have now wasted £20 to have my nails badly painted with Shellac, then improperly removed again.

this is my 2nd time going in there. First was October 2015, got my eyebrows waxed which was a disaster as the lady ruined the shape of my brows. I should have learnt my lesson and never gone back however I did a couple days ago to get a pedicure and it was the same lady that attended to me weirdly and I must say, such a waste of money! I spent £21 to get my legs put in a shallow bucket of warm water! which was very distasteful! then she clipped my toenails and briefly went through them with something that didn't even do anything, put my legs back in that water then dried it, then put foot lotion on and that was it! I decided to get my nails painted with nail hardner after just so I felt like I actually did something. Total service lasted max 30 minutes and that included her getting up every time to attend to another customer that walked in. I just thought the service was extremely poor, the lady was nice but she just doesn't know what she's doing and like I said that wasn't a pedicure, I could have done that myself at home. Definitely would never be returning here

Fantastic nails My first time having gel nails, wish I had them done sooner as the look fabulous. They are holographic glitter they look totally amazing. I've had so many compliments about them from complete strangers as well as friends. Can't recommend them highly enough - will be back again in the new year.
