::I have been attending Kathryn's pregnancy pilates class for the past two months - the class is friendly and gives a good chance to focus on moves which will help to maintain a healthy body throughout pregnancy. Every class is a bit different from the last so that you are learning new things each week. Kathryn has a great manner and the facilities are absolutely amazing. Very high quality equipment in a really beautiful purpose built studio. When I began to experience middle back pain due to the growing baby Kathryn included specific exercises in the class to support this, and then sent me a series of videos showing suggested moves to do at home. This was absolutely fantastic!
