  Leida is a brilliant coach, with deep understanding of the human body combined with an authentic empathetic nature. Always bringing new techniques or accessories (band, balls, weights, steps...) she makes Pilate a truly enjoyable experience. Great positive personality

  I followed many classes at Pilatesfit Cambridge, in particular I was followed by Ledia who was an amazing pilates teacher. Unfortunately I had to move and I miss very much my classes! I strongly suggest you to give a try to Pilatesfit Cambridge.

  Pilatesfit is magic! The classes (especially Rowan's) and physiotherapy (especially Ledia's) sessions are brilliant, and the two complement each other really well. Whenever I have muscle pain, tension headaches, or want to explore a different part of my core strength, this is where I go. I can't recommend it highly enough to clients of any level of fitness or health.

  Ledia from Pilatesfit is very knowledgable and professional. Her classes has made my body much stronger and she always finds solution to any pain related problem. She has a lovely personality and listens to the requirements of clients and tailors the class accordingly. Would highly recommend Ledia to anyone who wishes to strengthen their body or recover from an injury!

  I have been attending Kathryn's pregnancy pilates class for the past two months - the class is friendly and gives a good chance to focus on moves which will help to maintain a healthy body throughout pregnancy. Every class is a bit different from the last so that you are learning new things each week. Kathryn has a great manner and the facilities are absolutely amazing. Very high quality equipment in a really beautiful purpose built studio. When I began to experience middle back pain due to the growing baby Kathryn included specific exercises in the class to support this, and then sent me a series of videos showing suggested moves to do at home. This was absolutely fantastic!
