::Ordered £40 of pizza at 7:30pm, didn't arrive so phoned the store after an hour and a half. No answer all night from them. They then and deliver the pizza at 11:30pm with no explanation why it was so late. 2 weeks later and still haven't heard from the store and still no refund. Do not order from this Pizza Hut

::One phrase. Avoid like the plague! Hadn't eaten since this morning, looking forward to a pizza in the evening! Ordered at 18:00, called at 19:30 and was advised pizza was delayed and going into oven. Still nothing by 20:30, so called again! Was advised that multiple ovens were broken which would have been nice to know earlier! Now ordered with perfect pizza and sitting in the queue to pizza hut customer service for a refund! Never again!

::I have now been waiting for nearly 2.5 hours for the food to arrive! Apparently they only have two people working there and they cant ring everyone to inform them of delay as there are to many people to call. What a joke!

::I suggest avoiding this Pizza Hut. I placed an order online on a late Saturday night, the confirmation email is time stamped 00:52. The email said 35 to 45 minutes, but I figured an hour is likely. After an hour and 15 minutes I called and after a few minutes waiting someone picked up the phone, and grumpily told me the order hasn't left yet, and that they're very busy and I live far away. I should note according to google maps, it's a 15 minute car ride, not exactly super far. The person on the phone was not polite or helpful. In the end the food arrived after TWO hours. It was reasonably warm given the 15 minute drive, but we were not impressed overall. The only positive thing is that the driver followed the instructions on the order. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. It's the central delivery one that is open late, in case it wasn't clear.

::STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! Disgusting food. Bacon was raw and inedible. Barely cooked pizza. Cheesecake was frozen solid. I urge you for your health and tastebuds, DO NOT order from this Hut. The manager did not care about the quality of the food or his establishment. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down. Seriously, this place will get you sick.
