  Very clean and well appointed rooms. Big, spacious hotel that is well decorated. Restaurant was nice and staff friendly but they were missing some menu items and staff seemed a bit confused at times although they were very polite and hard working.

  Comfortable, clean room. Convenient. Booked by phone same evening. Would have been nice had parking been included with the room.

  Staff are great, food is great, rooms are good and clean. Heating seems to reset each day though, so at midnight the thermostat would go from my 21 back to 16 and the room would be cold in the morning. I could have asked staff to fix that but didn't stay long enough, but there was no guidance or warning about that too start with. Except from that, perfect stay.

  We had an incredibly kind experience here and although i am not one that leave reviews I had to share this. Our van crashed in a serious accident yesterday and we got left with all our exhibition equipment at the Premier Inn. The staff where very understanding and helped us by providing a secure meeting room to store our equipment. After a very long day & night we were able to relax at the restaurant and enjoy a much needed meal & drink. Many thanks to Lauren, James & Pete for helping us through this process. Thank you for being incredibly polite and understanding.
