  My manager's mother has been rejected to perform umrah because she didn't possess a gas bill on her name....she isaid 76 years old......!!!!!!!

  They didn't give a umrah visa to a woman of 76 years of age ....because she didn't have a gas bill on her name!... ...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The telephone service is diabolical, I was on hold for 1 hour and the phone disconnected. Their service represents their Islamic understanding, diabolical. I would say however the service at the embassy when I went was really good.
