  Very mixed levels of customer service received during our visit today 25/3/18. The majority of staff were very friendly & helpful but the lady on the till never spoke a word to us, not even please or thank you, which I consider to be extremely rude. As she was the last staff member we had contact with it spoilt our whole experience and ruined the good work of the other staff. I won't be keen to return and spend my money there again. Update 28/3/18: I have spoken to a Manager and we have discussed my complaint and I have received an apology so am upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 as this bad experience does not reflect the overall quality of the garden centre as a whole.

  Excellent place for all your gardening needs and great restaurant should you require fabulous food while you are there.

  I had a bit of an order fail... and the coffee is out of a machine. But top marks for child’s play area. Ease of buggy use and changing mat!

  Clean, tidy, friendly store great for gifts as well as plants and gardening stuff. Also houses a small pets area and a small clothing section. Cafe is lovely, lots to offer

  Love looking round here. Good selection of plants, garden furniture, pet accessories and bird food and feeders plus the best cheese scones around.
