  Absolutely outstanding service. After searching London for a key cutting company who could mend my snapped car key I was told ‘your only hope is Sids’. Sid ordered two new blanks and had them cut within 24 hours and kept in touch by text throughout. Sid doesn’t even do car keys but he saw my old key, decided he could help and so did! A huge problem solved quickly and cost effectively- and he even mended my shoes while I was there collecting the key. Fabulous!

  High quality and friendly service at an affordable price. I had grips put on my shoes’ leather soles and were ready to wear the next day. Sid did this at a cheaper price than I could find elsewhere. The owners had advised me, beforehand, on what to look for when buying my first pair of quality shoes, as a young professional. Due to the quality, speed and price of the service, I wouldn’t take my shoes anywhere else.

  Lovely company with the most amazing customer service. I have had a bottle engraved as a leaving gift for a colleague and the finish is fantastic. I actually gave an incorrect spelling and Sid called to clarify and restored confidence in myself . Already been back to get another bottle engraved for a family member. Thanks so much Sid! See you next week to collect my item and maybe with another request :)

  I took a pair of Chelsea boots in to Sid's that quite honestly I thought had seen their final days and the they have been transformed and look better than they ever did! They had salt stains and looked awful and now I am getting so many compliments on how good quality they look (stains gone, new quality heel and waxed to perfection). This is all thanks to them. This place is 100% worth it, they genuinely care about making your shoes better for you and customer service and friendliness is great. Would recommend to anyone to go in if they have any queries. They are super helpful and honest with advice too, they'll let you know what you need and if you decide not to go ahead with it you can always leave the shoes with them and they will recycle them for you. These guys know their stuff!
