  I have recently attended Skin Medical and had the Plexr treatment on my eyes. The treatment covered both the upper and lower eyes. The whole procedure from the first consultation to final follow up was excellent, the reception was friendly and relaxed. Helen who treated me was wonderful and made me feel most at ease explaining what was happening all the way thru the treatment along with attentive aftercare, I couldn't of asked for more. The final result was amazing and boosted my cofidence greatly. I am so happy I found Skin Medical and will certainly have more treatments with them.

  Couldn’t find the clinic in St Anne’s square, phoned at 4 minutes past my appointment and they refused to see me or refund my deposit. Rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend at all

  I had the mixto co2 treatment for acne scarring. I haven’t noticed a difference at all if I’m honest and feel extremely dissapointed after spending £1500, and my skin texture is actually worse. Helen was lovely and cannot praise her any higher but other staff I encountered through email were highly rude and I had no follow up appointment.

  I travelled all the way from Sunderland for c02 laser treatment with the mixto for acne scarring. Having used various skin clinics in the past I would rate skin medical the best I've been too. Helen who done the treatment was wonderful she made the treatment as comfortable as could b and genually cares about her patients. Also I thought the price of treatment was excellent value.

  The treatments are great and the staff are all very friendly and great at what they do! I could not recommend them highly enough!
