A store to avoid and nothing but a fraud. So long story short, I have my eye test with specsavers and didn’t get a PD measurement. Return to store to let them know I would like the measurement. Was turned away saying they can’t and essentially need a to pay a second eye test to get it done. What on Earth, where has customer services gone these days for something that is relatively simple to do and should have been done during the first eye test. Avoid and complete disappointment.

I've been to many different Specs savers and a few other opticians. This one stands out as great customer service and has better equipment than I've seen before. The staff did a great job, I felt very well taken care of. Update: a few months later I broke my glasses and they replaced the arm, free of charge, no questions asked. Can't get better service than that!

Excellent service. Specsavers never disappoint, always providing great customer service & affordability. I would go as far as saying that their customer service is impeccable. They have a broad range of spectacles, & a good range of options & offers which they will explain in detail, & they're more than happy to explore the best options & deals to suit, whatever you're needs, budget & preferences. Specsavers staff are trained to a very high standard & are very knowledgeable, informative & helpful. They value their customers, & will happily sit with you whilst you deliberate over a dozen pairs of spectacles, offering advice along the way, until you find the spectacles of your choice. Specsavers are very efficient & my experience here was extremely pleasing. Their location in Queen St is easy to find & get to, more or less opposite Whsmith. Big thumbs up for this store. Keep the good work up guys 🤓😎

You get what you pay for, which means terrible customer service and worthless glasses. Just go to Vision Express. - I express my concern over the fit of the glasses, woman employee, probably late 20s, straight medium length brunette hair, short and petite, demands "Are you questioning the accuracy of our work?!" as though she were entitled to my trust. - I ask how a measure that was never taken is being used in to make the lenses of my glasses, woman acts as though I had severe mental loss and they MUST HAVE taken the measurement, when they clearly did not. - Slightly disappointed, I comment that there were better ways to handle the situation, to avoid the probability of errors, woman employee does not understand the meaning of the word 'probability' and says "We have not made an error so I cannot see your problem." - I comment that perhaps she was not giving the best customer service at the moment, woman employee is clearly annoyed and questions "Do you have a problem with me?!" I would be certainly surprised if I did not have one at this point. The most unsightly thing to see is the face of the women employee looking as though she were to throw a tantrum like my 3 year-old nephew (but an unattractive version of it.) Speechless and thoroughly disappointed by the unprofessionalism, hostility and aggressiveness of the employee. I do not believe that the customer is always right, but woman employee clearly adopted the philosophy that the customer is always wrong.
