::My experience wasn’t great GOOD PRICES but some of the staff are RUDE had one of the male managers arguing with me over a shoe box disgusting !!!!!!! To add insult to injury I’d just spent over £100 and had had to bring a hoodie back that had had the security tag left on it no GENUINE apology just a half hearted grunt !!!!!!! Gave wrong information about a buy one get one for half price after I’d tried it on and taken it up to purchase it !!!!!! Then was RUDE about that ..... if the prices weren’t so reasonable I wouldn’t have shopped here again but I’m not going to bite my nose off to spite my face as the PRICES are GOOD.

::Everything you'd expect from a Sports Direct, with reasonably-priced sportswear, as well as other casual items such as jeans and tons of branded trainers. Situated in Monks Cross, the store is pretty large and has plenty of variety in its clothing and footwear. There are a number of sale-rails dotted throughout the shop offering further discounts. Layout is a bit cluttered, but it's hard to argue with Sports Direct's prices.

::We shop at Sports Direct a lot but never have I been treat so rudely by a staff member before. Been called a cow as I turned around is bang out of order . I was stopped by my son from confronting this person even though he heard her. On leaving the store I asked another member of staff who the female member of staff was , he obviously knew who I was talking about and he said J All I asked was " could I have the hangers" really poor ....... Just pleased this is not my local SD store shocking .......

::Terrible customer service. I'd give it a 0 stars if I could. Spent 25 minutes looking at women's trainers. Not once asked if I had been looked after despite staff walking around me chatting.
