  We had a terrible experience. Had a wood floor laminate fitted which was left with gaps, nails showing and joints badly exposed. We called numerous times to get this rectified and was constantly ignored and let down. It seems once they have your money there is no care from them. Eventually after 5 weeks of constantly chasing and get a solicitors advice they came out and rectified the issues. The contract fitters were different to the original fitter "Mick" and even they was disappointed with the way things were left. I was going to use this company again for numerous jobs around the house as they are local....but there is no chance now. Would never use them again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
