  Really great staff - very helpful and always with a smile. Simon is great; professional and friendly. The location is a little further from the centre than I'd hoped for but when I visited the service was so good that it outweighed location. The price of these storage centres is always higher than you expect based on their ads, but this one seems fair. It will be even better once the after hours access is initiated.

  Moving house was made so much simpler by the ease of StorageMart. Friendly and very professional staff, who return calls so promptly of unanswered. Unit was ready for us upon arrival, clean and dry. Can't recommend high enough!

  It's alright. There are not lifts however, so you have to use the stairs.

  As a former sales rep, over the past 7 years I have used a number of different storage facilities in the South East as both a corporate and a private customer. And although I've been fortunate enough to have had positive experiences with all the companies I have used, Big Box Storage in East Brighton still stands out as one of the very best. I can only echo what previous reviewers have said regarding the outstanding assistance of the staff and the uncongested, easily accesible location. Some storage units I've had have been situated on industrial estates along with many other businesses which meant queuing in traffic to get in and out at the beginning or end of an already long day on the road. This was never the case at The Hyde. The set up of facilities like Big Yellow where you can type a code into a keypad to get in and out without ever having to speak to anyone might suit some customers, but Big Box provides a much more personal service. You are required to sign in and out at reception but this means that you are always greeted by a friendly and genuine 'Hello, how are you?', coffee if you want it, and a smile no matter what the day is like. In my opinion, customer service of this level and consistency is a rare thing and is worthy of a recommendation alone. After many years of having to use and choose amongst numerous storage facilities, I've found that it's the small things such as this that make the biggest difference in what sets a great business apart from all the rest. If you're shopping around for somewhere to store your belongings, I definitely recommend paying Big Box a visit. Initially, they may not look like the fanciest facilities you've ever seen, but this is more than compensated for by their level of service and highly competitive pricing. I'm very glad to have chosen them - and you will be too. Massive thanks to all the staff - Dan, Christine, Paul and Jordan for making all the cold, wet, grey mornings that little bit brighter. Keep up the great work!
