  Great place to drop by when your in Warwick for a drink or meal. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is a very high standard.

  Breakfast and Dinner really excellent, staff friendly and helpful, but unfortunately experience was let down by our room, although spotless in the bedroom the shower had rather more black mould than we would expect to see, also a double room with only one bedside table! Not good. We would happily recommend the restaurant but would hesitate to recommend the rooms. We do understand that it is due for refurbishment, the sooner the better.

  I have been looking forward to staying here for sometime since the rooms were finished under the previous management. The pictures on the web looked very individual and upmarket. Unfortunately when we walked into the room it seemed to lack care and the decor was a little tired. There had been quite a serious leak in the bathroom which had badly distorted the tiled bath panel. The shower screen seal to the bath had been siliconed in place and had gone mouldy. The decor otherwise in the bathroom would have been really stylish and luxurious but was let down by this and the missing toilet roll holder. All together the standard of equipment was good but the over feel was lack lustre and gave the impression of neglect for an executive room. Conversely the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

  Had a wonderful stay here with my partner. We visited Warwick Castle which is a 10 minute walk through the town so it was an ideal location. At first we thought we wouldn't find any parking but if you ask at the desk their really helpful and we parked 30 seconds away. Room was clean and the bathroom was quite modern. The food and friendliness of the staff was outstanding and we've already booked to stay again in a few weeks time. Would highly recommend.
