  2 months ago i took my 4.7 gram 9 ct gold wedding ring to the jewelry centre. I paid 120 to have it made into a new ring and 60 to have a gram of gold added to make it heavier. 3 weeks later collected the new ring. It weighed 5.6 grams however the finish on the ring was very very rough. It had deep scratches to both the inside and outside of the ring. It was very very bumpy and i was very upset. I decided to live with it as i didnt want it to be sent away again However approx 5 weeks later the ring started to come apart at the join and i had to return it to the jewelry centre. The ring was sent away to be repaired. The ring was returned a week later and looked lovely but it only weighed 5.1 grams so over 50% of the gold i payed to have added was lost. The ring was very very tight and cut my finger when i tried to take it off so i told the staff and they said it was because my finger was swolen and the ring was exactly the same size as it was before. The jewelry centre did refund me the full 180 that i paid but i was still left with a ring that didnt fit. I visited another jewler to have it resized. When the jewler mesured the ring it was a size S and when the jewelry centre sent it away it was a size U so it came back 2 sizes too small. Ive had nothing but stress for nearly the past 2 months and i wish i had never ever let the jewelry centre anywhere near my wedding ring as dealing with them has been one big nightmare. I would never ever ever use this company again and i would never recommend them to anybody else either.

  I would recommend this jewellery shop to anyone in the UK, because all the staff there are so kind patient and full of consideration for customers. I have witnessed how they dealt with a sick lady in their store very recently the love and compassion shown by the owners and staff, don't know their names was incredible. The price offered for our products which I sold to them,was better than four other jewellery shops. Strongly recommend you visit this store.
