  I've been doing pilates at The Pilates Studio Norwich for 10 months now and I can't recommend it enough. I started it to improve my back pain and after a while I really saw huge benefits, it does help a lot. I have practically always had class with Lauren, who's very nice, understanding and has been working with me towards the resolution of the problem with specific exercises from the very beginning. Also, the Studio offers a variety of classes for various levels of skills (beginners, intermediate, etc.) at various times during the day and the week, to adapt to various working schedules, which is a plus.

  I cannot recommend The Pilates Studio highly enough. Both Lauren and Beth are excellent Pilates teachers and they teach you how to do Pilates correctly.

  Lauren has been teaching me at the studio for over a year now and I cannot recommend her enough. She has been amazing teaching me throughout pregnancy, modifying movement for my changing body and she is incredibly knowledgeable. I have just started back as a post natal client and value her advice and teaching so much. If you are looking for a professional Pilates teacher who wants to really meet your specific needs, Lauren is the perfect teacher
