::I've been doing pilates at The Pilates Studio Norwich for 10 months now and I can't recommend it enough. I started it to improve my back pain and after a while I really saw huge benefits, it does help a lot. I have practically always had class with Lauren, who's very nice, understanding and has been working with me towards the resolution of the problem with specific exercises from the very beginning. Also, the Studio offers a variety of classes for various levels of skills (beginners, intermediate, etc.) at various times during the day and the week, to adapt to various working schedules, which is a plus.
