  Why offer a phone number online, if you have no intention of answering it?? A local branch that only offers service to customers who visit the branch?!?! Very inconvenient!!

  Called this branch as well as the Oldham branch NOBODY !! Answers the phone really wanted to ask something before going in but looks like I'm going to have to in anyway not happy 👎

  Only been in this bank once to put some monies into my daughter's account ,Nobody was in only me. Two most unhelpful people I could have come across. Asked for manager and found I was was already dealing with her. Thanks steph carroll for your help. How this bank is still open god knows. Customer sevice shocking. Thank god i dont bank here. Look foward to it being a chinese restaurant soon.

  Absolutely brilliant branch. Sometimes I do struggle to get through by phone but not often. Excellent customer service.

  why do RBS branches NEVER answer the phone ??? How are customers meant to speak to their branch....appalling...ANSWER THE PHONE RBS ASHTON FOR GOD SAKE !!!!........customer service is atrocious
