  Arrived 11:32 on a Sunday, no food being served until 12noon. Thought strange but it was suggested the four of us had a coffee at the bar. Trying to get served although not busy nightmare, in fact a member of staff really rude implying we were an inconvenience. Never again.

  We booked a table for 6:15pm this evening and we were shown to our table by a manager. The table behind us arrived shortly after us and got served before us . We were then waiting a further 20 mins to be served. When our food arrived my partner ordered a rump steak and asked for well done but when it came out it was chargrilled. He was unable to eat it . When we complained we were told that it is meant to be like that . Totally dissatisfied.

  I have been here several times, never had any complaints, the food prices has gone up :( The staff very welcoming, and the food is always excellent, the salad bar always fresh and topped up! (Not like it was like @ Cribbs Causeway, when they were there.) If you register online, they do tend you some good offers for Harvesters. No problems with parking, maybe wise to book, as they get full very quickly. I would recommend

  Came here this evening with my family for a pre-xmas get together. Surprisingly it was not overly busy. It was warm and inviting with just the right amount of lighting and music. There is lots of choice on the menu even catering for vegetarian. A reasonable amount of choice in the salad bar. The waitress was very polite and chatty with the right amount of patience for our large group. The food arrived without us waiting long. I enjoyed the evening and would definitely visit again 👍

  Our experience this evening was very disappointing, from our arrival through to the meal! We were met by an arrogant manager who was very unhelpful . We ordered our food and had salad from the salad cart, our starters arrived and then the waitress came to tell us there was no chicken left!! I was not impressed at all, Saturday night @7pm and probably one of your most popular meals was unavailable?? Firstly I think that the chefs who should know the availability of the meals should be communicating this to the waiting staff, as it's them as front line people who have to deal was upset customers! Secondly the management at this particular establishment really need some customer service training, he was arrogant, rude and unhelpful. Lastly if something is unavailable why does it take 20-25 minutes to inform the customer? On a positive note, our waitress was brilliant, friendly, chatty and very very helpful considering she was rushed off her feet.
