::Absolutely awful, trying to speak to one of their 'staff' and being cut off by her every 5 seconds, telling me what I need to do, despite the fact I am trying to explain that I understand and that the reason I am calling is because the methods she is mentioning aren't working, I would say it's bad service, but that would imply there was any attempt at being helped
