  Why is impossible to get a reply when I phone? Why do you only give one number for all your branches? I am extremely frustrated.

  Absolutely awful, trying to speak to one of their 'staff' and being cut off by her every 5 seconds, telling me what I need to do, despite the fact I am trying to explain that I understand and that the reason I am calling is because the methods she is mentioning aren't working, I would say it's bad service, but that would imply there was any attempt at being helped

  Omg! What an awful and patronising staff! Layla Hawkes sorry but you need much more training. Thomas Cook customer services, FYI and pls contact me as to advise furter. Very disappointed in deed, not pointing finger at a certain individual but rather upset with the general service! Thx

  There is another shop it call ( Call centre ) in Cranbourne street better than this shop for money exchange . They gave me amazing exchange rate for the euor .
