  Very unpleasant service, misleading information and a waste of time for customers. I wanted to open a bank account because I am going on holiday and I wanted a secure accounts to distribute money. Even though I am a existing customer, when booking an appointment I was requested to bring in the usual documents: ID and approved proof of address. I used my break to come and do that (because obviously banks close after 5pm): I ate at the desk and came to the branch to be refused the procedure because I did not bring in my bank card. Instead, the officer insisted I go online and apply what I hate because there is always tones of tiny regulations to read and opening the bank account in person is so much easier way.

  Service is quite good. Staff are patient

  I banked here in the 1970s; the manager was a criminal maniac who ought to have been in jail. Perhaps he is. I haven't seem him for some time.
