  Incompetent. This company has been constantly phoning and sending mail shots after having asked them three times not to. This has been going on for three years. Just received yet another call who said "well you haven't received one from me". Not in my nature to post but.... How do I stop you bothering me? I do not want nor need your products.

  Very high fees for their Stocks & Shares ISA - avoid. They charge 3% of your initial deposit and then either 1.2% or 1.7% per year depending on whether you ask for advice. The numbers sound small, but they are actually extremely high for this type of product. Look at alternatives such as Vanguard.
