::Staff is quite approachable and pleasant. The only problem is the post office upstairs, there is always a big queue. Staff is overworked. They have installed help yourself machines which are complicated for the elderly and they don't have staff free to help out.

::Nice bookshop where you can buy all sorts of books, if they don't have anything you can order. Apart from books lots of nice board games are also available.

::WHSmiths continue to be an excellent source of writing and art materials as well books, magazines and newspapers. Some of the stuff is a little over priced but still a shop worth visiting for your various writing and reading needs
