  Bought a 2 year old Mondeo - without seeing it! Salesman - Dave - informed us of this car coming in. We put a deposit down.... NO regrets, she's the best car I've ever owned. 😉

  Initially I was impressed by the professionalism of the service I received when I took my 2016 Transit in for a security update to the locking system. They offered to wash my vehicle for me after completing the recall work, and I accepted their offer. On the next day whilst using my van, I noticed the passenger side wiper had been damaged, I assumed during washing and had caused a small scratch where it had swept across the windscreen. Not only that, the recall work it originally went in for hadn't been completed properly, so I had to return the van to them. Initially they accepted the damage to the wiper was most likely caused by their wash bay, and ordered replacement blades and even polished out the scratch as best they could. I was then later told as they didn't want to accept liability, and I would be charged for the blades which they had damaged. Long story short, I wont be taking any of our 4 vans back there after my poor experience at this Ford dealer, but on the upside after a lot of head scratching, they finally managed to sort out the recall work!

  Outstanding!!! Will use them again. First class customer service. Quality mechanics. Great value for money. Tom on the service desk is brilliant. Highly recommended. Solved my car issues quickly, properly and all for a reasonable price.
