::I had booked an oil and filter change and getting them to have a look at condensation build-up in the light cluster.They took ages the appointment was booked for 13:30 and the car didn't even get taken around to a work bay until about 14.10 and no refreshments or apologies offered . Update at around 15.16 a member of reception staff came over to me, and explained sorry about the delay having to check for a computer updater for problem with headlights.. I was also offered refreshments I accepted a cup off tea.. from one star I am going to increase my rating up to 2 stars. Further update, after waiting for my car for 3 hours, they have now told me they will do nothing about the lights and despite me showing them pictures of the problem, they now expect me to drive all the way back over once it happens again so they can take the same pictures! Very frustrating, they seem to think people have nothing better to do than drop everything to rush over to them!

::DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! Biggest scam artists going. Go in for warranty work and get mugged into buying new parts for car because they use words like illegal and unroadworthy not giving you time to think into it even then they charge a lot more than parts are worth! Go else where and save your cash! I have friends that also went in for warenty work and they had done priced work without concent and required payment! Unacceptable service!

::We have used Danetre Vauxhall for over 12 years and family has bought 6 cars. Ian in Sales is helpful and gives a fair deal and Service folks always been helpful, honest, and efficient. A very good dealer from our personal experience as retail customers. Best NOT to have a Vauxhall service plan, better to join Vauxhall Service Club as charges are less overall - this is from our experience.
