  Completely rejuvenating and lovely, every time. I have treated myself to pampering sessions at Cannelle in Summertown for years now. The staff put you at ease and always deliver professional treatments. I have never been disappointed. I had Lucy and Roxanne do my pre-wedding make-up. The service was outstanding; they came to my house early and had time to do all of my bridesmaids, mum and I. They listen to what you want and then do it better than you hope for. They gave us the best start to the day; we all felt amazing. I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Cannelle!

  Had the discovery facial. When booking explained that blackheads are my main concern and was recommended the discovery facial with steam and extraction. When I had my facial there was no steam, I asked why and was told "we don't have time for that". I really don't think anyone should be offering extractions without a steam as it damages skin! Also, no interest in my type of skin was taken. I said I have very sensitive skins and cannot tolerate harsh products. No further questions were asked and I have broken out in a rash since my facial.

  Reliable salon with professional and caring staff. The salon offers a comprehensive variety of treatments. They have flexible booking and cancelation policy. It's very clean and tidy - always pleasant to be there.
