  I cannot put into words how incredible their customer service is. If you are not happy with something, just let them know and they will fix it. I'm a bit of an awkward customer (!) yet they still listened and acted on all my requests. I am completely 10/10 satisfied. If you aren't, they definitely work really hard on making sure you are, including some free items brought to your room (eg dessert and drink) and even a complimentary dinner for me and my colleagues. All members of staff have been genuinely friendly and happy when I have spoken to them. I actually travelled for work and they helped to make me less stressed just by good service. Some particularly outstanding service: Jody (arranged for brownies and ice cream with extra ice cream, double whisky, to be sent to my room) Laura (arranged for complimentary dinner for me and my colleagues and confirmed we could have absolutely anything!) Sue (best member I have come across at a spa. Lovely to talk to and highly professional) Next time I am in Liverpool I will definitely be booking here again.

  Just had a very enjoyable stay here this weekend. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and well kept and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was spot on! The leisure facilities were good if not a little dated but overall we had a fantastic stay and we endeavour to return for another stay! There is also hotel parking which is very convenient.

  Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay in the Crown Plaza which was a birthday surprise arranged by my partner. The reception staff arranged for some cake and a card wishing me a happy birthday(see picture) also we received a complimentary drink from the hotel bar for my birthday. The reception staff namely (Luke and Bridget) where very helpful. I would come back to Liverpool and stay in the Crown Plaza again and I would recommend the hotel.

  Nice hotel in a very good location. Parking available at additional cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent! Leisure facility needs refurbishment as it is shabby. Restaurant chairs also need good cleaning.

  Booked a wedding here and was going great until 4 days prior to the day. The management then decided to change when we could have the room, what bar space we could have AND said we couldn't have a bar in the dining room. We agreed all of this in advance (started planning with them 7 months prior) and then they change their minds! What could we do 4 days prior to the wedding date?? We had to agree to their changes and pay an extra £1000. If you choose here, get absolutely EVERYTHING in writing first.
