::Booked a car online but unfortunately enterprise called on the day to advise that they had no stock ....no issue these things happen. The money from the rental was still taken out of my account ...again no issue these things happen. Have phoned enterprise 4 times firstly to be told it was their mistake and they would refund it to now the manager is the only one who can do refunds he is not in but he will ring you to get this sorted. After 4 attempts to get this sorted it still has not been done. Very disappointing

::Please note rating system doesnt allow for zero stars. Utterly dreadful, booking is through central system so had confirmation, this place made 1 attempt to contact me to say no car available, left no message, did not use alternative number, with the consequence I was stranded 30 miles from home with no way to get to work. Apparently also happened to someone going to a funeral up north the same day. If you want to hire a car in Swansea USE DAYS, slightly more expensive but soooo much nicer and reliable, not sure what I would have done if not for them as they pulled out the stops to help me.

::Hired a van here and used it to move. Be warned they are meticulous in inspecting the vehicle after you've brought it back. Take out the scratch cover if I were you

::I am very impressed with everything about this place. Staff was excellent and did everything that was needed to ensure fantastic value. Picked up and taken home as they advertised and I certainly would use this branch again. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to hire a car or van.

::Absolutely amazing service. Free pick up and drop off with no hassles. Amazing car in perfect condition. Great rate, and when we extended the rental for an extra 2 days, they kept it at the same rate! We couldn't be happier with our experience here, would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
