  We stayed for two nights for friends Wedding at the venue. Plenty of parking in a very quiet area, friendly helpful staff, good sized clean room with all the usual amenities. We had an evening meal the first night with a party of around a dozen of us, Waitress took our orders, double checked our orders, and we waited for our food.Myself and my Partner both ordered Rump Steak with Peppercorn Sauce and a side order of onion rings. The Meals all arrived with not to much of a wait, for £15 the meals were child sized, barely a handful of fries, pathetic excuse for a salad, and no sign of the sauces or sides. Asked where the missing food was and after a little wait the Sauces did arrive, though the onion rings arrived after I'd finished the meal!!! The overall experience at the Hotel was very good, Wedding went really well, and the hot buffet supplied in the evening was very tasty, just a pity the set down meal was so poor.

  Fabulous hotel and staff. We stayed for one night dinner bed and breakfast deal. Hotel was immaculate service brilliant. Staff professional. The facilities were great from the great spa to the large well equipped gym. Restaurant staff were outstanding, they sorted out a minor mishap with speed and professionalism. We will most definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks guys for a warm welcome and a great night break. The bint family.

  We didn't stay overnight as we just attended the spar, swimming pool and sauna etc. The swimming pool was reasonably warm and well set out with jacuzzi and smaller side pools. The steam and sauna rooms were very nice and as you would expect. Afterwards we are in the dining room and the staff and management were very accommodating. The food was also very nice indeed - recommended.

  Hallmark is a pleasant hotel with excellent staff and adequate if small gym facilities. The rooms are big enough although the beds are not the comfiest. The food is well cooked if not particularly exciting. The location is convenient if you are after the dry ski slope but not much else is in walking distance. Overall it is a pleasant experience and a good base if you bring a car.
