  Room small and a bit tried. Very quiet at night. Good food and frendley staff

  Don't rely on the photos on line in regards to the room you'll stay in. The rooms are comfortable but dated. The first room we had was small and the TV didn't work, the 2nd room was larger, which felt less claustrophobic. However, what the hotel lacks in looks is far exceeded by the staff. They are fantastic and incredibly helpful, and it's this which has makes the hotel.

  Good hotel with good facilities which included nice sauna, steam room. Lovely food and staff are friendly. Stayed for 4 nights One thing that put me off is plates, bowls, glasses for breakfast were not clean. We did inform reception but no change.

  Standard you expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable, reasonably well equipped although I didn't see a safe in the room. Bathroom was clean and modern and in good working order. Restaurant offered a decent choice on the menu and on the night I stayed it was curry specials. Portion size was enough for me but some might think it was "economy" size. Quality was good and service timely. Staff were attentive, professional and friendly. 1 star docked for not offering either cask ale or craft beer. Server did not know what "craft" beer meant. No it doesn't mean Becks, Stella or other chain breweries, nor does it mean any bottled beer. Don't blame the server, just a staff training issue. Minor point which didn't spoil my overall experience. First time staying here, will use again.

  I went there a about a couple of months ago and I watched football on sky sports which I enjoy. I went back there last week to ask about a game & the bar man said that they've got rid of it. You should get it back as lots of the football is on sky. Telling customers that you can't watch football is a bad idea as your loosing business & they go elsewhere. Please get it back !!
