  Visited for afternoon tea with my family, and was very surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff were especially with our 3 year old son, the lady that served us was great. The afternoon tea was lovely,will definitely be going back! A very enjoyable afternoon

  Fantastic staff in all areas exceptionally clean rooms cleaned every day. Right in the centre of city walking distance to lots of things. Very reasonably priced. Our stay was unexpected due to flight delays but the staff went above and beyond to help us in every way definitely will be going back

  I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was warm, quiet and spacious. The service was excellent. The bed was a little hard for my liking but not too bad as I had a decent sleep so I'm not complaining! Overall, highly recommended.

  Fab hotel for great prices! The staff were really accommodating, friendly and always willing to help you. The hotel is also in the centre of Bristol which of course is very close to lots of bars restaurants etc. The hotel itself had a great bar and restaurant (the breakfast is delicious with everything you could want). Although I didn't have a car with me there is parking available, but of course you need to call in advance to book it. Over all really impressed with the room for the cost. With great services!

  Often stay here when travelling down to Bristol for work. Ideally located just behind the train station. I usually fly, get the A1 flyer to Temple Meads and walk out the back of the station across to the hotel. Staff on the desk recently have been fantastic. Had one minor issue a while back but then my flight had been delayed and I wasn't in the best mood. Always seem to get a decent price too and the rooms are just as good as any other hotel in Bristol.
