  The hotel is clean and new looking. It's s 10 walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station. I had a mostly comfortable stay ...the staff were very friendly, the food is in the restaurant was tasty and not overly expensive. The room was immaculate and bathroom pristine however I didn't have any hot water the following morning when I went to take a shower. I had to wash my hair in cold water. I did complain to the front desk when checking out but they seemed to brush it off. I would recommend the hotel but think they could have dealt with my complaint in a better way.

  Lovely new hotel and great location between city centre and Temple Meads train station. Staff were very good and rooms are exactly what you would expect from Premier Inn - i.e. clean and functional. Scores a 3 star as the sausages seem to be the cheapest type possible and full of bone and ligament - puts you off your breakfast!

  Had no fridge/minibar in the room. Otherwise, a great place to stay, nice and tidy. Cooperative staff. Great location in the city centre with easy access to public transport.

  The hotel has a great location, nice new build. However the restaurant is poor, waited an hour half for poorly cooked food, cold and no communication from the front of house staff. We definitely stay in the hotel again, but will be dining out in future!

  This is my Premier Inn of choose in Bristol. I stay here frequently and always choose this hotel first. Although sometimes sound travels through the walls, I’ve never heard anything through the floor. The restaurant is good and the staff friendly. The reception staff have been happy to deal with my questions. The on-site parking is a bit limited but I’m told that if you arrive early enough, there should be parking available. Coffee and sweet vending machine is available in reception. The heating in the rooms have been a bit erratic but the reception staff have been willing to help.
