  Great hotel! Very posh and tidy. Only criticism is the windows facing the square which are single pane and let in a lot of noise. I imagine these form part of the listed building so understandable why they're still there!

  Classy hotel in central Glasgow. The accent was a bit strange but other than that I felt like home. Very nice and spacious room.

  Incredibly tired place. Needs a fortune spent on it for it to be acceptable. It looks okay from the photos but the photographer must have gone to Hogwarts to have that kind of wizardry with Photoshop. Waited 40 minutes for breakfast that never arrived. When I complained I got fobbed off with a business card. I would never return to this embarrassment of an establishment.

  Itison deal for afternoon tea. More food than we expected. 12 sandwich triangles, 2 small cakes each, one large cake slice each and a scone each. Tea and coffee included. Service wad quick. Nice setting overlooking George Square.

  Nice room, love the tall ceilings!! The room came with a fan! Love my white noise!! Staff was great too! Right behind George’s square and next to the Queen street railway
