  The customer service is disgusting. Order my nephews foodball kit for his birthday after getting told it would definitely be here in time by store manager and sale assistant as item wasn't in stock in store. Called the day before got told item would definitely be there today. Item didn't arrived after visting to collect. Manager on duty said couldnt refund or do anything untill store was closed. Constanly calling store, around 4hours straight no one answered at all. Store manager accuses me of not checking out on line after showing a order references, order delivery to store and payment receipt. Tried to ring customer service and complaint again no answer.!! Absolute joke...!!!!!

  Great prices here. Service in the evening is a bit weird, staff sometimes seem high? Lots of cheap clothes and shoes. Some of the products are too high to reach though.

  Popped in here after getting poor service from Decathlon after looking for kit for a100k walk & I must say that the service I received here from the young lady was fantastic! She knew her product, was very informative, was very enthusiastic & really helped me understand what I needed. I was taken back by the level of service.

  Came here with my daughter to by trainers. We were served by Adil, who was helpful, efficient and courteous throughout. We came away with two pairs of trainers and I am very pleased with the price.
