    We went to the dealership to look at a Skoda Fabia and a Spaceback. The staff seemed more interested in coming up with an opaque finance quote than to show us the cars or give us an OTR price. They were even actively obstructing when we asked full OTR prices. If you go to this dealership, make sure to do proper research using sites like CarWow in advance. One of their managers tried to flog us a Skoda Spaceback for £16k. The manager pushed extremely hard to make us accept the deal immediately and tried to make it sound like the deal of a lifetime. Fortunately, we didn't. Another Skoda dealer within 40 miles quoted us an identical, new, car for £12k. Keep in mind that this car is built on a platform from 2012 or earlier, so £16k is clearly outrageous. To put this into perspective, £17k buys you a new, dealer registered, Hyundai i30 Premium (140ps) that is built on a modern (2017) platform and comes with features you don't find on a small Skoda. In summary, these people engage in some very shoddy business practices and are some of the worst weasels I have had to deal with. Because of the poor experience, we ended to take our business to Marshall instead who offered a thoroughly professional experience.

    They have brand new and modern facilities, however they should have invested all the money in more training for the costumer service staff. I requested a small repair (mirror exchange) and they were unable to exchange it due a lack of communication between customer service and the technicians... This low-rated review is not related with the failed attempt to repair, is about the unprofessional treatment that I received from the costumer service department and their nonexistence problem-solving skills.
