  Having a very musical teenage son, I find it a shame that he can never go in the shop without being hassled and made to feel like a criminal. We have bought guitars from here and violins. However from now on I will only buy from Gear4Music or Mor Music. It's a shame that the staff feel the need to be so aggressive in dealing with teenagers. They need to realise that not ALL teenagers are shoplifters AND that before parents pay hundreds on something they may like their children to handle it.

  Brilliant service from a friendly team. Helped us buy a first guitar. We only went in to have a look! Very relaxed atmosphere, and loads of choice. Well impressed.

  Went in to the shop today to purchase my first ukulele and didn't know which was the best brand to go for. A member of staff who had only been there for a few weeks (I think his name was Chris?) came straight away and gave me a selection that were the best for beginners. Got home and it is perfect, couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience in the music room and even better that the staff were so helpful and cheerful. Defiantly recommend buying from them, amazing quality of performance.
