  I called to reserve an item. When I arrived at the shop some hours later, Arron who I spoke to on the phone knew my name, what I had ordered and had everything ready and waiting. When he saw that I am disabled he very kindly carried my purchase to my car for me. It's a long time since I received service like this. All this and great prices. Many thanks.

  Visited here yesterday to look at soundbars. The sales assistant Paul couldn't have been more helpful. He showed me all the options and explained the difference between the different products available. Despite the fact I didn't buy anything, he was still happy to show me products. I will definitely be back to upgrade my surround sound with them!

  Exceptional service from Kevin. We went in the day before looking for an entry level vinyl turntable and received exceptional advice. Kevin was extremely patient and listened attentively to our needs before making a range of recommendations. This morning, we returned to listen to a variety of combinations that he set up especially for us and made our final decision based on what we heard. Kevin is clearly very knowledgeable and we felt confidence in the advice he gave. We would recommend anybody in need of guidance to shop in Richer Sounds.
