::My fiance went here for a new charger for her MacBook Air - "Not in stock" she was told, ( beg pardon?! ), so ordered one and was told it'd be about a week, ( beg pardon again ), and they'd email once it arrived. That was a month ago and nothing heard then or since - after the week we got one on Amazon, delivered of course the next day. Can't give 'No Stars' on here and a future grading of 'Incompetent' would indictate a substantial improvement in their customer services.

::This has to be the most unhelpful place and they potentially damage the Apple brand. Nothing in stock. Limited pepduct knowledge. No help with warranty repairs. It’s worth the time and cost to travel to a proper Apple store
