  So poor. The staff need to stop chit-chatting with the customers or entertaining their small talk. One guy was telling the bank clerk about his problems. It was pathetic and a total waste of everyone's time.

  Balham barclays I can not believe they get away with the terrible service and rudeness. I went in to this branch at aproxly 1pm today I just needed to pay some money in. I would have liked to of paid it in to one of the machines but haven't done before. So was hoping the floor staff would help. There was one indian lady on shop/branch floor but one of her friends had come in and they where chatting away (having a good old catch up) so just had to wait at the counter it was very slow but not many waiting plus two counters open. I had been waiting a while and this indian woman said good bye to her friend and came over to me as she could See I had money in my hand and now asks if she could help me. I explained to her I have been waiting some time as had others while she socialised. And customers where waitting. I am now next inline for the counter. Clearly know one looks at the cctv if they even have it. This woman is being paid to do a job, that she's isn't she should be sacked along with the branch manager as they clearly don't care. Do Barclays not have area managers. How can this be allowed to happen. Score for customer service 0

  Incredibly slow. Not sure why they make everyone wait so long.

  The staff of this branch is so rude, I've just been there and there was the indian lady helping a woman at the machine...shouting on her because of her english! Everythime you ask for something is like they are doing you a favor and they are even pissed off to help you out! Just stay home if this is not your day!!!

  Every time there are huge queues. Typically, only one desk works and several bank employees are hanging around and offering to help rather than simply sit down and serve the clients. The bank closes a few minutes before the end of working hours, which is unpleasant because anyway the bank branch's working time ends before the end of the normal business day, and clients often have to go out of work to catch the last working minutes of that bank branch . It is quite unpleasant to try to do the job at this bank branch.
