  I needed a new chain as mine was slipping " i asked how much was a 9 speed chains " the cheapest one was £25" ( you can get the same chain on eBay for £6 ) then I asked how much for them to fit it and would they fit one I got off eBay " NO" they wouldn't fit a chain I got myself ! He then told me it would cost £40 -£45 to fit one of there chains And the total cost would cost at least £70 And all for a £6 chain that would take 5 minutes at most for them to fit " The guy that I was speaking to in the shop had a nonchalant attitude " and a bit of a knob really " NO he was a lot of a knob really!!! I am a specialist in mixed Martial art's and would have loved to give him a lesson in customer care " would have took him apart with great pleasure " he has drown hair 5"10 and average build ! I would say that if he had the opportunity to bully someone he would !!! however I got a chain and a chain splitter of eBay for £8 "all in and it took me 25 minutes to do " And that horrible guy didn't make a carrot on me " avoid at all costs " cos he will try to rinse you !!! 100%

  This is the only place I would buy a bike from! Been going here since I was a teenager back in the mid 90’s and have bought four bikes from them personally and my dad has bought about four for himself from them as well. The service is always great, I had an issue with a wheel on a Cannondale quick speed one I got and that was promptly fixed. Never had any issues otherwise. I would not buy a bike from anywhere else and I genuinely mean that.

  Top quality bikes, from racers to mountain bikes, aswell as the hybrid. Plenty of child's bikes. Always happy to help and their top after sales service.

  Nice variety of bikes grabbed a Scott bike and staff were really helpful
