  Cool staff, pro service & very nice bike shop, best in Liverpool! Great to have a shop like that, before & after long-distance rides, cycling challenges, where the guys can do some proper service, check the bikes. :)

  Great customer service, got the bike sorted and new parts at decent price and picked up some gear from the bargain bucket next to the till. Best bike shop I've been to in Liverpool hands-down, thanks guys!

  Took the bike in for a gold service, and it came out like a brand new bike. The price was reasonable and the staffs were very friendly. Overall: Outstanding service.

  Bought my first bike from them back in August 2015 and had nothing but great service and help when first getting into the sport. Since then I've gotten a second bike from them and really appreciated them juggling things around and even swapping in a different group set for me at the last minute. Have also had a service and a couple of bike fits which have been spot on for the price - a professional fitter in London said they had me more or less bang on from the initial setup which was impressive. Great LBS - Would definitely recommend!

  I have just bought a defy advanced pro 2 from Giant Liverpool. The staff were exceptional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They were very friendly and able to help with everything I needed. There is a great selection of bikes and the staff will certainly spend the time to help you find the right one for you. Hands down the best bicycle store I have been to in Liverpool!
