  This embassy has a little scam going on. They tell everyone that you need to photocopy the front and back of every document. But nowhere on the form does it say this. This then charge you 50p per copy to use their scanner. They cream around an extra 3 pounds per customer doing this which goes to the staffs pockets. I know this because Ive contacted my friend in the chinese government who said they do not need photocopies proving (hence why its not mentioned on any forms). Also the staff sometimes have their kids behind the counter just playing around, i mean, this is supposed to be an embassy. Its more like the third world lol. Which I guess reflects the country of china. Corrupt, poor, and stupid.

  never answer phone had my sons application 3 weeks always pending asoloutly bad service

  Woman was rude and impatient, she would not explain anything to me and wouldn't listen. if she listened we would get far. You should be working there to help too, Its called good customer service.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called 27 times in the past 40 minutes. The call has been answered 5 times and no one has said anything. This is disgraceful and they should be ashamed. I am trying to book an appointment to submit documents for working in China. What a joke

  为何换护照办理了3个多月还没办理好？为何发给你们的邮件直接被拒收？为何打给你们的电话从来没人接？明明办理护照更换的接待人员态度很棒，明明战狼2里宣传的是身为一个海外华人多么受祖国照顾…………
