  Easy to find what you want.. Racks are always tidy and in size order. Plenty of staff to assist if needed.

  Just got ourselves kitted out for or cruise into the arctic circle. Staff at Erdington store were brilliant, especially Emma on clothing and Cassian on footwear. Thanks, guys

  An incredibly wider array of specialist goods for everything from hiking and mountain climbing to fun family camping. By far the greatest thing they offer though is the incredibly friendly staff who are always keep to help with anything at all.

  Been here multiple times. Staff are unhelpful and lazy. Three times I have been in for them to not stock footwear or clothing in my size. Once I bought something then returned it as faulty the next day.. I had to pay a fiver for a membership card which I have never actually used but I am out of pocket for.. How on earth does a company make a profit without actually selling anything and get away with it? Even if you call up in advance to enquire about stock and sizes they will tell you yes for you to get there and find they have none.. Even walking laps of the shop to find a staff member, isn't very fruitful.

  Shame the store doesn't have any air conditioning. It's always hot and sticky in there. A better environment has got to be better for visitors and sales?? The staff are always attentive and knowledgeable on the stock.
