  Visited the Cardiff store today to purchase camping equipment for our Daughters D0E expedition. Found the store very well laid out and items clearly priced. Assistant helped with purchasing hiking boots, cant remember your name, sorry, but had short hair at the sides. Thanks for your help today. We then met up with Barry, if you ever need an honest, practical, and knowledgeable person to help you ask to see Barry. We went in for boots but came out with boots, sleeping bag, rucksack and a first aid kit. Barry assisted us with all our purchases. Nothing is too much trouble and a very interesting person to talk to. Barry knows his stuff in all aspects of camping and hiking. Thank you for helping with our shopping experience.

  Came here today to buy something in particular but I wasn’t sure which model to buy so Mel offered me help and guidance and managed to help with the decision. Go outdoors has an incredible range of stock with all the best brands at amazing prices. The staff are always helpful but leave you to also browse when needed. Buying a discount card once a year is worth the prices that are saved. I always recommend go outdoors for all leisure and outdoor activities. Parking is also free!

  Excellent advice and help from the assistant on the walking boot section in Cardiff store. Saved £20 too with their price match offer.

  Great store for all types of sports! Dog friendly also. You can click and collect so very handy. Only ever had one problem with them but it was sorted quickly. Staff knowledgable.

  Nice big dog friendly store with clean decent spaced aisles. Layout is just right with categories together. Superb range of products to suit amateur to professional outdoor people. The environment is comfortable, well lit and airy. Staff are friendly, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. They will ask if they can help, but not in a pushy way. Toilet facilities available. Free car parking. On busy days in Cardiff it can be tricky getting out of the industrial area where the store is located and crossing the road via the roundabout is a bit hairy.
