  Called the guys up last minute today to sort my gears out, said to bring it in to have a look. Popped down and they fixed it super quick whilst I waited despite being busy already! First class customer service and a top job!!

  Left my bike in the shed for a year, new job so now need it for commuting. Took it in for a service. Friendly and helpful staff. Just picked it up and it rides like a dream. Would recommend.

  Great bike shop run by two genuinely nice brothers. I have bought two bikes for myself and one for my daughter from them over the last few years and wouldn't hesitate for a second to do so again. It makes a refreshing change to get good honest advice about what you should and should not buy, without having to suffer the hard sell. If they don't feel you need something then they will tell you just that. We all like a bargain but what you don't get from the online discounters is the fantastic aftercare that all at this shop provide!

  Been to MuddyBum twice now. Both times staff were helpful & friendly. Even though I provided my own bottom bracket for fitting (that I couldn't do myself)- they were happy to fit for a very good price. Happy to recommend & will be going back for any future work.
