  I chose Damian Harris Cycles because they promised to deliver a fully assembled bike, ready to ride. I received, however, a bike part-assembled, with handlebars fitted so as to make the bike unuseable. I called the store as soon as I unpacked the bike, explained I had no tools to fix the handlebars and was told one would be posted to me to arrive the following day. That was 6 days ago. I specifically chose to pay a higher price for my bike, from Damian Harris Cycles, so I would be able to use it straight away. I have been mis-sold and thoroughly disappointed. Poor service.

  Very unhelpful and couldn't give a price prior to the work carried out. Bad customer service.

  After an accident bike repaired and better than new. Excellent service and honest, fair advice. Highly recommended.

  Fantastic service. Found me the bike I wanted despite highly limited stocks, great service and communication and safe delivery. Couldn't be better unless they came and pedalled me to work in the morning.

  Great service on repairing a number of worn parts on a Foil 10. Straight talking guys with recommendations on how to avoid a repeat occurrence of expensive replacements . Special thanks to the mechanic, Alex, who fixed the "shifter" - I was looking at up to £300 replacement costs. Good one !!
