  Awfull coatumers service. The guy, Steve was like been helped by the fat blonde from Little Britain. I booked a bike ready to ride, but looks they didnt get the order right even when in my confirmation email appeared like that. He just couldn't stop repeating I ordered it boxed. When asked for a bike from the store he said no options available, maybe too much of an effort to build another bike for exposition. Last time I go there for anything related to bikes or cars

  I shop at Halfords for all my car and bike needs. I’m not entirely sure these sales people give the most sound advice. I was sold something on recommendation to only find it this item was not compatible for my car which resulted in me having to return the item for another of a greater value, no apology or acknowledgement. Now I do the research at home and buy the product I actually need. This store is on the small side but they have most things there.

  Bas who works here....Fair play he was great. So helpful and taught me a lot ....his customer service was 2nd to none. I highly recommend this place on him alone! Well done mate...I will be back.

  Basic, small stock range of oils and filters, painfully slow screen to search for data, oil filters have no book or tablet to find yours so renders them useless. No staff anywhere to help. Not coming back unless I have literally no choice. Shame

  Great service and advice today regarding my car battery and break light. Nothing was too much trouble from offering to check my battery to see if it actually did need replacing, to collecting everything and then fitting both battery and bulb in around 20 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and courteous and the price very reasonable. Thank you.
