  It may only be a Premier Inn but staffed by locals who care about the customers it was a pleasant surprise to feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel and attached restaurant for the relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff

  Ive just made a booking for the end of april. Because my little girl is confined to a wheelchair with lots of complex medical needs and medical equipment i decided to ring the hotel directly after i had made the booking. I just wanted to double check we could have a ground floor room as there isnt any lifts. I spoke to a lovely lady, i think her name was fiona. Wow she was absolutely brilliant in helping me and so lovely and caring.she has made sure that everything has been noted on the system. She had a lovely telephone manner. Spoke with so much genuine care in her voice. I thanked her so many times but wanted to thank her again on her. Little things mean so much to us. She has made me feel really relaxed about the booking knowing she has made sure we can get in the room with the wheelchair which is quite big and custom made and its not collapsible. We have oxygen a ventilator a suction machine a feeding pump lots of medication and other things. And she has made this a stress free break away by being so very lovely.thank you lovely lady x

  Stayed here. Table table. Food expensive. No where to charge your phone. Take a USB phone charger with you sorry only plug socket. The shower head needs a clean. The currents are not thick . Quiet thin.

  This was a short break. The hotel staff were great and they gave us a room in the lodges that are great for disabled people. It was straight off the A road. I would go back there any day.
